Kursus ini mempunyai 2 tahap iaitu bermula dengan tahap 2 dan ke tahap 3 Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM). Kursus bakeri menyediakan mendalam mengenai arahan pelbagai seni pembuatan kek, biskut, kuih muih tradisional, hiasan kek, tat dan aneka puff. Selain itu, pelajar memahirkan diri dalam pembuatan dan dekorasi kek, anda juga boleh belajar resepi pelbagai jenis roti dan puff. Sijil ini adalah program selama 18 bulan meliputi Latihan Industri selama 6 bulan.
